Tried several times on line. Finally called Dell Customer Service. After being passed around for almost 2 hours, being told nothing, I was told that the coupon should not have been on line and was pulled at 11AM that day. If they had taken care of me right away, I would have gotten the deal. Very bad service for a sales department. If they are that difficult to make a purchase from, I can't imagine what it might be like if you had a problem after the purchase. Wouldn't attempt to buy anything from Dell again.

Dell states on its web site, that it will take a few business days to ship this product. Today they called me and said "it's been back ordered" and I should get it after Jan 4th, 2010. I needed it for a Christmas present and they really ruined my son's holiday season. Thank you, Dell!
